Budgetly Application

1. Service description

Budgetly is a family budgeting application that covers income and expense tracking, accounts, budgets, savings plans, transfers, bank synchronization, receipt scanning, statistics, retirement planning, and data export/import. The service is provided "as is". An internet connection is required for full functionality.

2. Registration and account

To use the service, you must create an account with email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. One account corresponds to one household.

3. User obligations

Use the service only for lawful budgeting purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access. Budgetly is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor.

4. Subscription and payment

Basic functionality is available with a trial period. Premium subscriptions may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or supported web payment channels. Apple auto-renewal can be disabled in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple: https://support.apple.com/HT204084.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account through "Settings → Delete Account". A 30-day recovery period applies. After that, data is permanently removed. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The application, design, and software belong to Budgetly. Your financial data belongs to you.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy of OCR, currency rates, or bank data. Budgetly is not a financial advisor. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid during the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes

We will notify you about material changes to these Terms via the app or email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first and, if necessary, through the courts.
